About the apartment
Two-room apartment in Moscow on the street. Vinokurova, 12, building 1, with an area of 50 m2. Located in the SWAD, in the Akademichesky district, in a 5-storey building on the 4th floor, there is a balcony, the windows face the street. Free spontaneous parking in the yard.
The apartment is rented for 1—4 people, the presence of children — not a hindrance, animals are not welcome, smoking is not allowed for safety reasons. The house has central heating and gas supply.
The apartment is completely ready for living: a comfortable environment, renovated, there is all the necessary equipment.
Furniture and appliances
The apartment has a double bed with a comfortable orthopedic mattress and a sofa bed for two people — everything is in perfect condition. Bed linen is provided in the required quantity, always after dry cleaning. The rooms are bright and spacious.
The kitchen is equipped with a sufficient number of cabinets, there is a table and the required number of chairs, kitchen utensils and crockery.
