About the apartment

A one-room studio apartment for rent on the 5th floor in a new nine-story building with freight and passenger elevators. In the yard there is paid parking with 24-hour security. Silence and order are guaranteed in the house.

The apartment has a European-quality renovation, new furniture, plumbing and household appliances. The windows overlook the courtyard, so no noise will disturb your rest if you leave them open. To create your own microclimate, use the multifunctional air conditioner.

In the hallway on the front door there is a full-length mirror, a wall shelf and a shoe rack.

The bathroom is bright and sterile, after disinfection. There is everything you need: a toilet, a shower, a washstand and a hygienic shower. Above the washbasin there is a mirror, a shelf for accessories and a socket for a hairdryer, which you will find in the cabinet.

Snow-white, perfectly clean towels, toilet paper, soap, shampoo and shower gel are provided for guests.

Built-in kitchen with sink, hob, microwave and electric kettle. We also provide guests with cooking utensils, cutlery and kitchen utensils. There is a refrigerator at the bottom of the headset.

Opposite the kitchen is a dining area with a table and two chairs. Free bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and napkins are on the table.

The house is located in an area with a developed transport infrastructure, a 4-minute walk from Prospekt Vernadskogo metro station. There is a bus stop nearby with seven different routes, so you can easily get anywhere.

Within walking distance of banks, medical institutions, post office, various shops, shopping centers and a beauty salon. Also nearby are many cafes and restaurants with European, Italian, Caucasian and Oriental cuisine.
