About the apartment

A one-room apartment for daily rent   on Vernadsky Avenue on the 7th floor of a 10-storey building with an elevator. There is paid parking in the courtyard, which is visible from the windows.

The apartment is renovated, all rooms are clean and bright, with new furniture. The layout of the type of studio apartment, where the door is only to the bathroom.

In the hallway on the front door there is a full-length mirror and a hanger with clothes hangers. There is a spacious built-in wardrobe for things.

The kitchen is compact, but with all necessary appliances: electric kettle, stove, microwave and refrigerator. There is a dining table with two chairs. In the cabinets you will find cutlery and cooking utensils: pots and pans.

For all guests we have free bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and napkins.

There is a washing machine built into the kitchen worktop. If you need to refresh things and bring them back to normal after washing, a dryer and an iron are at your disposal.

The room has a large double bed with bedding and fresh linen, straight from the dry cleaners. Opposite the wall is a plasma TV with a USB connector. In addition to TV, you can watch movies from a flash drive. The apartment has free high-speed Wi-Fi.

In the bathroom you will find fresh towels, shower gel, soap, shampoo and toilet paper. All plumbing (toilet and washstand) in perfect condition. Instead of a bathtub, there is a shower with a curtain. There is a mirror above the washstand, and a stationary hair dryer on the left.

The apartment is located a 4-minute walk from Prospekt Vernadskogo metro station. Nearby there are buses that can take you to any part of Moscow. It takes an hour to get to Vnukovo airport by transport, to Sheremetyevo about 1.40-2 hours.

Near the house there are gas stations, banks, pharmacies, grocery stores, restaurants and cafes where you can order takeaway food. Very close to a private medical clinic, a dental office and an optics store. Big Moscow State Circus is 20 minutes away by public transport.

There are five parks around, which can be reached on foot in 15-20 minutes. Closest — Vorontsovskie ponds with the Ramenka River and the park of the 50th anniversary of October. There is also a stadium, a fitness center and a sports complex nearby. Half an hour walk is the Orthodox Church of Alexander Nevsky, which is located right next to the Olympic village park.
