One-room studio apartment for rent for two people (possible with children). The house is new, with an elevator and a large paid parking nearby. The new building is located in an area with a well-developed infrastructure. There are many parks and ponds within walking distance.

The apartment has a fresh renovation, new furniture, plumbing and household appliances. The windows overlook the courtyard, so the room is always quiet and calm, even if they are open. To adjust the temperature that is comfortable for you, you can use the multifunctional air conditioner.

In the hallway at the front door there is a large mirror, a hanger and a shoe rack with a shoe shovel. There is a storage closet where you will find clothes hangers.

Bathroom and toilet combined. The room has a toilet, shower, washstand, hygienic shower and hair dryer. Above the washstand is a mirror and a socket. In the bathroom you will find fresh towels, toilet paper and personal care products (soap, shampoo and shower gel).

The kitchen has a sink, hob, microwave and electric kettle. There is a fridge behind one of the facades. In cabinets and cabinets you will find all the necessary kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.

The house is located a four-minute walk from the station. Metro Prospekt Vernadskogo. Buses run nearby (7 routes), so getting to any part of the city will not cause difficulties. The nearest airport Vnukovo is an hour's drive away, and Leningradsky railway station is about 45 minutes away.

There are banks, a post office, pharmacies, shops, a beauty salon and a shopping center near the house. There are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance with the possibility of ordering takeaway food.

At leisure, you can visit one of the parks, where there are sports and playgrounds, electric transport rental, equipped recreation areas and cafes. There are also two museums nearby: Military and Labor Glory and Ochakovo. (traditional Russian drinks).
