About the apartment

One-room studio apartment for rent on the 8th floor in a new nine-story building with an elevator. There is paid parking in the yard, where there are always free spaces.

The apartment has a European-quality renovation, new furniture and plumbing. Everything is in perfect condition and clean. To be able to regulate a comfortable temperature, there is an air conditioner with the function of cooling, heating and ventilation.

The windows of the apartment overlook a quiet and peaceful courtyard, so even with the windows open, the noise will not interfere with your rest. If you like complete silence, just close the plastic windows tightly.

In the hallway there is a full-length mirror on the door, a clothes hanger, a shoe shelf and an ottoman for convenience when putting on shoes.

The combined bathroom has everything you need: a shower, a washstand, a toilet and a hygienic shower. There is a mirror, an electrical outlet and personal hygiene products (soap, shower gel and shampoo). We also provide fresh white towels for guests.

Built-in kitchen with many cabinets and drawers. There is a refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle and hob. You will also find all the necessary crockery, kitchen utensils and cutlery.

In the kitchen area there is a table and chairs, a stand with free bottled water, tea, coffee, sugar, salt and napkins.

A washing machine is mounted under the kitchen worktop. If you need to refresh your clothes, dry them and make them look neat, there is a dryer, ironing board and iron in the apartment.

A double bed with an orthopedic mattress guarantees a good rest. The bed is already made with the freshest set of linen, which we dry-clean instead of laundering. There are three electrical outlets next to the bed.

Opposite the bed on the wall is a plasma TV with a USB output. You can watch TV programs or movies from a flash drive. For Internet connection, we distribute free high-speed Wi-Fi.

The house is located in an area with good transport interchange. Prospekt Vernadsky metro station is four minutes walk. The same number to the bus stop, where seven different routes go to different districts of the capital.

Near the house there is a post office, banks, pharmacies, clinics, grocery, industrial stores and a large shopping center. A three-minute walk away is a restaurant and a cafe where you can order takeaway food.
