About the apartment

The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay: Double bed with a mattress and a double sofa bed, High-speed Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle and all necessary dishes and kitchen utensils Bathroom and personal hygiene products (for each guest - hotel-type shampoo and soap) Washing machine, hair dryer, iron with ironing board and dryer Clean bed linen and towels (we dry clean) Who will meet us upon check-in: Check-in is done independently, all our apartments are equipped with electronic keys, or you will be met by the manager (optional). An hour before check-in, inform about your arrival by the phone number indicated in the voucher, the manager will coordinate you. Please bring your passport to sign the contract, pay for your stay in cash or by online transfer, and a security deposit of 3,000 rubles (which is returned upon check-out). Check-in and check-out conditions: Check-in from 15:00 Check-out until 11:00 At the appointed time, the check-in manager will come to you, check the apartment, and return your security deposit. If you have an early check-out, you check out yourself, lock the apartment, put the key in the case, and your deposit will be returned to you within a day. Accommodation rules: 1. In accordance with the federal law of the Russian Federation "On Silence", it is prohibited to make noise from 22:00 to 8:00. 2. Observe fire safety rules. 3. It is prohibited to store flammable materials, weapons, explosives, radioactive, chemical, and biological substances that pose a threat to the health and life of citizens. 4. Do not smoke in the apartment or in the entrance hall 5. Do not open the door to unknown persons, no matter who they introduce themselves as (only upon agreement with the booking manager) 6. When moving out of the apartment, wash the dishes, clean the stove, throw out the trash. 7. Keep the apartment clean and do not pollute the entrance hall. 8. Do not damage furniture, wall and floor coverings, household items, interior design, equipment. 9. Living with animals is prohibited 10.
