About the apartment

A small cozy one-room apartment of 25 sq.m. located on the comfortable 2nd floor of a 44-storey building number 2 on Khodynskaya street, belonging to the Presnya City residential complex. The house is equipped with elevators, parking is provided on the territory of the complex.

The house is located near several metro stations: Ulitsa 1905 Goda – 700 meters, Running – 1.2 km and Belorusskaya  – 1.5 km. All stations can be reached on foot in 10-15 minutes. Ground public transport stop a stone's throw from the house.
 
The apartment has a high-quality European-quality renovation, the design is thought out to the smallest detail – in such an apartment it will be nice to stay both for one night and live for several days. Light walls and furniture visually increase the space, windows overlooking the courtyard will provide residents with peace and quiet.

The room has a double bed with an orthopedic mattress, an LCD TV with a USB port for watching movies on your flash drives. On the table opposite the bed you can place your things, there is also an open chest of drawers with shelves under the TV. The window has blackout curtains for privacy from prying eyes and sunlight.

The kitchen is separated from the recreation area by a wooden partition. Despite its small size, it contains everything that is necessary for the convenience of people: a dining area, a hob, a refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric kettle and dishes.

The room also has a wardrobe and a mirror.

The bathroom is combined and tiled, a large bathtub can accommodate two people – this is a great opportunity to arrange a romantic evening.

Additional amenities for our guests will be high-speed Internet, washing machine, hair dryer, iron with ironing board and dryer, as well as personal hygiene products (soap, shampoo, shower gel). Clean towels and bed linen are provided and dry-cleaned regularly.

On the ground floor of the house there are grocery stores, a pharmacy, a spa, a wine bar, a restaurant and coffee houses – you can literally relax, gain strength and have a delicious time by going down the floor below.

The house is located 2.3 km from the Dynamo stadium; and 2.7 km from the house-museum of Viktor Vasnetsov. The State Historical Museum is 3.1 km from the Red Square – 3.3 km.
