The time from 1970 to 1980 is considered the most fruitful for the film concern, because it was then that such films were created that became classics, such as "Office Romance", "Come and See", "Autumn Marathon", "Irony of Fate" . In the early 2000s, new equipment appeared in the film studio, which is designed to recreate the full cycle of film production. The film studios were renovated.

There are 3 sites on the territory, which are used to create the atmosphere that the director intended. There is a complex where scenes from the 1950s are filmed. It is surprising that only walls are built on this site, but there is no ceiling and floor.

Any pavilion is considered a complex architectural and engineering solution. The walls are finished with special panels that absorb sound. This helps to avoid echo during filming. There is a pavilion that is designed for animation, filming, television. It is equipped with chromakey fabric. The artists perform some actions against its background, after which the desired interior or landscape is substituted during editing.

There is also a room in which they prepare the entourage, clothes for the actors, equipment, various props for the fullness of sensations.
