Observation deck RAS

Perhaps one of the most obscure places in Moscow, which offers a panorama of the city – This is an observation deck of the Russian Academy of Sciences. This observation platform was built in the difficult nineties of the last century. This is an amazing place from the height of which you can admire the center of Moscow. From the observation deck you can see the same area as from the height of the Sparrow Hills, but from a completely different perspective, which is no less fascinating.

Below you can see the monument to Yuri Gagarin and a small part of the Neskuchny Garden. Not far from the left side – St. Andrew's Monastery hidden in luxurious greenery. A little further away, the Moscow City skyscrapers stretch out, and in the depths you can see the ski jump and the top of the Moscow State University building. Residential areas are located behind the Luzhniki sports complex, and you can also see Poklonnaya Gora and the House on Mosfilmovskaya.

And this is only a small part of what can be seen from the height of the observation deck. Not far from the Russian Academy of Sciences there is a cozy park where after visiting the site you can have a good rest and discuss what you see.
