About the apartment

A one-room apartment for daily rent (8th floor of a nine-story building) on ​​Vernadsky Avenue. The house is new, there is an elevator, there is a large paid parking lot in the yard, where there are always free places.

The windows of the apartment overlook the courtyard, so even during ventilation, the noise of cars will not disturb your sleep. To maintain a comfortable temperature, an air conditioner is provided that works for cooling and ventilation.

The apartment has been renovated in light colors, all the furniture is new and modern. There is a clothes rack and a shoe rack in the hallway. There is a full-length mirror on the door.

On the left at the entrance there is a combined bathroom with a main shower, a washstand, a toilet bowl and a hygienic shower. All white faience fixtures are in perfect condition. There is a hanging bedside table with a mirror, toilet paper, shower gel, liquid soap and shampoo. 

Under the mirror — built-in hair dryer and an additional socket for electrical appliances. The bathroom also has fresh towels, a small electric dryer and an iron.

The kitchen space includes a compact furniture set with compartments for dishes, a wardrobe, a dining table and two chairs. On the table you will find free tea, coffee, bottled water, salt and sugar.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, electric kettle and microwave. In boxes — all necessary crockery and cutlery. There is a frying pan and a saucepan for cooking.

At the windows there is a soft folding sofa for two people. We provide our guests with sterile-clean linens straight from the dry cleaners. On the right and left there are sockets for charging gadgets and other needs.

Opposite the sofa is a chest of drawers with decorative elements, and above it is a plasma TV. We also distribute free high-speed Internet Wi-Fi.

A four-minute walk from Prospekt Vernadskogo metro station. Also nearby are bus stops with routes to any part of the city. To the nearest airport Vnukovo an hour by public transport, to the Leningrad railway station — 40 minutes.

Near the house there are shops, restaurants and cafes with takeaway or delivery orders. Banks, pharmacies, gas station, beauty salon, grocery stores and a shopping center are within walking distance. 

Leisure can be spent in one of the parks, which are a maximum of 20-30 minutes on foot. You can also relax in the fresh air at Udaltsovskie Ponds, which are only 600 meters from the house. Nearby is the Museum of Military and Labor Glory and the Russian Orthodox Church.
