About the apartment

A cozy one-room apartment with European-style renovation on the 5th floor of a new nine-story building with an elevator is for rent. In the courtyard there is paid parking with a constant availability of free spaces. The area is quiet and calm, with good infrastructure and transport interchange.

The windows of the apartment overlook the courtyard, so there is no extra noise. If you like absolute silence, just close the metal-plastic windows tightly. To ensure that the apartment always has fresh air and a comfortable temperature for you, we have installed air conditioning.

There is a wall shelf for clothes in the hallway, and a full-length mirror on the front door.

In the bathroom there is a toilet bowl, a shower cabin, a hygienic shower, a washstand and a hair dryer. All plumbing is new and disinfected. Above the washstand there is a mirror, a shelf and a socket. Also here you will find snow-white towels, toilet paper, shower gel, soap and shampoo.

In the kitchen area there is a dining table and two chairs. Opposite a suite with a hob, microwave, electric kettle and refrigerator. The cabinets and bedside tables have all the necessary utensils, cutlery and accessories.

There is a stand with free bottled water, coffee, tea, sugar, salt and napkins on the table.

There is a washing machine behind one of the kitchen facades. After washing, things can be dried in the dryer. The apartment has an ironing board, you can find an iron in one of the lockers.

For a comfortable stay there is a large double bed with an orthopedic mattress. All bedding and linen of perfect cleanliness, immediately after dry cleaning. There is a table and sockets next to the bed.

Opposite on the wall is a plasma TV with a USB input. You can watch TV programs or movies from your flash drive. As an Internet connection for our guests, free Wi-Fi with high speed is provided.

The house is located a four-minute walk from Prospekt Vernadskogo metro station. Also, buses run along the avenue, on which you can get to any district of the capital. The nearest airport and railway station is 40-60 minutes by public transport.

Within a radius of 400 meters there are many shops, banks, gas stations, medical facilities, a shopping center and a beauty salon. Also within walking distance are many cafes and restaurants with a variety of cuisines and food delivery.

The house is located in a picturesque area surrounded by five parks and ponds. You can visit Udaltsovskie Ponds, the park of the 50th anniversary of October, where there is the Ramenka River, Yugo-Zapadny, Vorontsovsky or the Olympic Village Park.
