A cozy, quiet and well-located apartment is perfect for single occupancy, as well as for a couple. The apartments are located in the building “old fund” On the second floor. The windows overlook the courtyard, due to which the apartment is always quiet, despite the location almost in the city center. There is paid parking nearby.

The apartments are decorated in warm, soothing colors: ideal for relaxing at the end of a busy day spent watching the sights of the capital, or at work.

On an area of ​​20 sq. m. there is everything for a comfortable stay: a large double bed, household appliances (refrigerator, stove, microwave, washing machine, TV, hair dryer, iron), high-speed Wi-Fi and TV, bed linen, towels, slippers and hygiene products.

The apartments are conveniently located almost in the center of the capital: just a 10-minute walk from the metro station “Smolenskaya”. Good transport interchange allows you to quickly get to any area in the city. Within walking distance are attractions such as the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the Pushkin Museum of Fine Arts, Gorky Park, the Arbat, the Tretyakov Gallery and, most importantly, the Kremlin.

We take a responsible approach to work and guarantee you a high level of service. Our apartments are non-party, non-smoking and pet-friendly. We also do regular cleaning. If necessary, we will provide accounting documents, so the apartments are suitable for living on a business trip.

To book an apartment, you must make an advance payment of 2000 rubles online, or come to our office. The final payment is due upon check-in. If the prepayment was made online, then the signing of the contract also takes place at the time of arrival.

You can cancel your reservation and return the prepayment up to 5 days before your arrival. If you have informed us about the cancellation of the reservation later, the prepayment is non-refundable.

Check-in to the apartment is possible from 15:00, check-out - until 12:00. The exact time of check-in and check-out can be agreed in advance. Be sure to notify us if you wish to leave earlier than the agreed time.
